Also after speaking to other residents they to are also experiencing the same issues as us and are having the same response from Dandara When we purchased the property we were told that we had 7 days to report snagging and the site team would deal within 14 days and we would then be passed on to the customer care team who will look after us for the next 2 years, which we thought was a good service. But the issues we have should have been picked up on the inspection of the property before we purchased it. We can't go into much detail as they could potentially lead to legal proceedings. We bought our home at the sycamores development in Bearsted at the end of November last year, we have a couple of major issues with the property. But this is only because they want your business.
